Processing Time

Made-to-Order Products: Typically processed within 14–21 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Cut & Sew Products: Processing times vary by collection and will be listed on the individual product page.

Ready-to-Ship Products: Ship within 1–5 business days unless otherwise stated.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping

Once your order has been processed, shipping times are determined by the shipping method selected at checkout.

Standard Shipping: Typically 5–7 business days after your order has shipped.

We ship using trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and DHL. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier.

Order Tracking
