Shipping Methods
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days - Free shipping on U.S orders $99+
Processing Time
All orders are made-to-order and processed within 14–21 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Information
We ship via USPS, DHL, and UPS Ground. Once your order has been processed and fulfilled, delivery time will depend on the carrier’s shipping speeds. Shipping times vary based on location and carrier.
If your order is over $99 and you live in the United States, you will receive free standard shipping.
How Can I Track My Order?
Once your order ships, we will update your order confirmation with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking info to be updated.
Returns
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We do not offer returns or exchanges on any of our merchandise, therefore all sales are final. Montage Dept. takes pride in producing high-quality products and stand behind our workmanship. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us and we will do our best to address the issue.
Refunds
If you believe you have received an incorrect or faulty product, please email us within 5 days of receiving the product with photos.
If we deem the item faulty, We will attempt to deliver a replacement for the faulty item. If a redelivery is not possible, You will be provided a full refund of the price of the product. We will attempt to refund the applicable amount using the same method used to make the payment. If, for any reason, alternative arrangements are necessary. We will notify you and ask you to contact Us via email to settle the refund.
Refund Timeline
- Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
- If an exchange is permitted, item(s) must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging.
- The additional shipping costs for the exchange will not be Montage Dept.'s responsibility. Return Labels can only be provided to US addresses.
